Emma Ramat is a personal chef who seeks to create memorable experiences through her cooking. Her menus are tailored to her client’s dietary specifications and always prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients. Emma’s previous experience in both the restaurant industry and the catering world has served as a solid foundation for her growing business. Emma attended The Rome Sustainable Food Project at The American Academy in Rome, where she fell in love with Italian cooking. Her passion for Roman food and Mediterranean cuisine is at the heart of her menus. Emma’s overarching philosophy is to let the ingredients speak for themselves!
